Associate Broker

Kelly has over 30 years of real estate experience servicing Calgary and surrounding areas. She is a Certified Condo Specialist as well as a Certified Senior Real Estate Specialist. Her strong knowledge of both current and historic markets allow her to bring a depth of value and proficiency to all of her clients. Kelly has been awarded the Royal LePage Award of Excellence, Directors Platinum Award, Presidents Gold Award and is in the MLS Million Dollar Club. Her hard work ethic has been featured as a top performing agent/top performing team dozens of times during the tenure of her career. Kelly attributes much of her success to satisfied clients, repeat clients and referrals. Clients acclaim her to be detail oriented, dedicated and accommodating to their every real estate need. Kelly ensures that the process of buying or selling your home is as seamless as possible. During her personal time, Kelly enjoys her membership at Lynx Ridge Golf Course.

A native Calgarian, Patti has been a Real Estate Professional for over 15 years! Patti is working with, Kelly Stephens and Barbra Benini as a pivotal member of Stephens Real Estate. Patti's team members regard her as a “Client Service Wizard”- fostering long-term relationships with repeat clients and clients to be. Patti has a distinct eye for detail and is a go-to for staging homes when clients want to get the most out of the sale of their property. Patti believes the full sale potential of a home can be reached by simple aesthetics and touchups- she isn’t reserved to make these recommendations to her clients. People gravitate toward Patti’s warm and welcoming demeanour - which can be attributed to the time she spent as Stampede Royalty. A past Calgary Stampede Princess and an active member of the alumni organization, Patti loves to remain immersed in Calgary's Western culture.

Barbra is a third generation to work as an associate at Royal LePage Solutions. She grew up in Calgary as a performer with the Young Canadians of the Calgary Stampede for 11 years. In 2016, Barbra graduated with a BA in Psychology from St Marys University. Using both her education and arts experience, she began implementing and managing recreation curriculum in out of school care programs for over two years- overseeing dozens of employees across Alberta, BC and Ontario. In light of Covid-19 impacting such activities, she turned to an interest that she had for years- Real Estate. Being an enthusiastic student- Barbra thoroughly enjoyed the education process in becoming a licensed realtor. Barbra has worked locally with Kids Up Front Calgary, Calgary Women’s Emergency Shelter, Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Rotary Club of Calgary and Project Warmth for various initiatives- she loves networking and remaining immersed in the community.
